November 2008  ICC is pleased to announce 40 universities have been selected to participate in the 4th ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition taking place from 7 to 12 February 2009.  The universities come from 19 different countries representing 4 continents of the globe. The list of universities is available  here…    Mediation training in Hong Kong October 2008  International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), the Hong Kong Bar Association, and the Law Society of Hong Kong are jointly organizing a five-day Mediation Training Course, to be delivered by the ICC from 17 – 21 November 2008 in Hong Kong. The participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced international mediators with simulated mediation cases.
