Task Force on Production of Electronic Documents in Arbitration
Co-Chaired by Loretta Malintoppi (Italy) and Robert H. Smit (United States)

The Task Force on Production of Electronic Documents in Arbitration was created in August 2008.

The Task force was mandated to:

  • study and identify the essential features and effects of the disclosure of electronic documents in international arbitration; and
  • establish a report, possibly in the form of notes or recommendations for the production of electronic documents in international arbitration

The Task Force is composed of over 68 members from 14 different countries
