ICC expresses concerns to EC on fining policy
Paris, 13 July 2009
ICC today expressed concerns to the European Commission (EC) and members of the European Parliament regarding the EC’s fining policy in competition cases and called for a radical revision of the EC’s Fining Guidelines.

ICC sponsors roundtable on shaping competition rules
Paris, 20 May 2009  Improving cooperation between government agencies and the private sector in shaping competition rules will be the subject of an upcoming ICC sponsored roundtable in Switzerland next month.
