Eric H. Loeb
Vice President, International External and Regulatory Affairs AT&T Services, Inc.
Eric Loeb represents External Affairs on
the leadership team of AT&T Business Services. He is also responsible for supporting
AT&T’s team of international external and regulatory affairs advocates
located around the world. AT&T is a
premier global communications company, providing wholesale services to over 220
countries and territories, and providing enterprise services to over 97 percent
of the world’s economy.
In addition to developing market access
strategies to enable AT&T’s expansion to meet customer needs, other
responsibilities for Mr. Loeb include ensuring compliance with international
telecom regulations, and advocacy on international policy matters related to
the stable growth of the information and communications technology sector. Mr. Loeb is based in AT&T’s Washington DC office, and is an active
participant in several industry and community organizations.
Prior to joining AT&T in 2002, Mr. Loeb had
been the Global Regulatory Counsel for Concert Communications, and prior to
that, the U.S. Regulatory Counsel for British Telecommunications plc. He started his practice at Hogan &
Hartson L.L.P. in Washington D.C.,
after graduating with honors from the Georgetown
University Law
Center, and with honors from Bowdoin College.
He lives in Baltimore,
Maryland with his
wife and two children.
